NBA Unveils All-Defensive Teams: Daniels, Green, Thompson, Dort, and Mobley Highlight First Team

Dyson Daniels, Draymond Green, Amen Thompson, Luguentz Dort, and Evan Mobley have been named to the NBA’s All-Defensive First Team. Green, with nine All-Defensive team appearances, returns to the first team for the first time since the 2020-21 season. Mobley, the NBA Defensive Player of the Year, earns his second All-Defensive honor. Daniels, Dort, and Thompson receive their first All-Defensive team recognitions. Toumani Camara, Rudy Gobert, Jaren Jackson Jr., Jalen Williams, and Ivica Zubac were named to the second team. Gobert, an eight-time All-Defensive team member, and Jackson, a three-time honoree, are named to the second team for the first time. Camara, Williams, and Zubac are first-time All-Defensive team members. Mobley led in voting points, appearing on the first team on 99 of 100 ballots.
