NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander headlines the 2025 All-NBA First Team, joined by Donovan Mitchell, Nikola Jokić, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Jayson Tatum. Gilgeous-Alexander, Jokić, Antetokounmpo, and Tatum were unanimous selections. The Second Team includes Anthony Edwards, LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Jalen Brunson, and Evan Mobley. The Third Team features Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Haliburton, James Harden, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Jalen Williams. LeBron James earned his 21st All-NBA selection, while Stephen Curry and James Harden received their 11th and 8th honors, respectively.
Jaren Jackson Jr. and Trae Young missed out on supermax extensions by not making the All-NBA Teams. Jackson, who averaged 22.2 points and 5.6 rebounds, was eligible for a five-year, $345 million supermax but will now receive a three-year, $106 million extension. Young, averaging 24.2 points and 11.6 assists, was eligible for a five-year, $345 million supermax but will now receive a four-year, $229 million extension.
Cade Cunningham’s All-NBA Third Team selection increased the value of his rookie max extension from $224 million to $269 million. Gilgeous-Alexander, already eligible for a four-year, $293 million extension, is now in line for a five-year, $380 million supermax after next season.
